• Recognise the four key indicators of suspicious deviation: movement, timing, attention and clothing
• Apply the Observe, Record, Report procedure without confrontation or bias
• Combine behaviour observation with CLAP to build an accurate intelligence picture
• Understand why patterns matter more than single behaviours
