• Explain why incident reporting is a critical security and legal function
• Apply the 5W method to gather and structure accurate incident information
• Identify the six report types used at Alliance and when each is required
• Write a factual, clear and chronological report free of opinion or assumption
• Preserve evidence and handle CCTV footage correctly following an incident
