By the end of this course you will be able to:

• Describe the correct initial response to a fire, medical emergency or bomb threat
• Lead or support an evacuation using the site Emergency Evacuation Plan
• Apply the SAFER framework when responding to any major incident
• Communicate clearly and accurately with emergency services on arrival
• Document major incidents correctly and support post-incident procedures
